General Terms

Seller – BEYOND BEAUTY TRADING L.L.C., a company registered under commercial license No. 1085669, with its official address at UNIT 02.03, THE OFFICES 5, ONE CENTRAL, DWTC COMPLEX, DUBAI, UAE. The company operates an Online Store, selling Products at retail through its Website.  

Terms – These provisions define the relationship between the Seller and the Customer regarding the purchase and sale of Products through the Online Store.  

Website – A digital platform accessible at [https://beyond-beauty.me](https://beyond-beauty.me), where the Seller presents its Products for Customers to browse and place Orders.

Customer Rights and Responsibilities

  • The Customer must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on the Website.

  • The Customer bears responsibility for any violations of these Terms as per UAE laws.

  • Any damage caused by the Customer to third parties, other Customers, or the Online Store must be compensated in accordance with UAE legislation.

  • The Customer must keep login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties. If there are concerns about unauthorized access, the Customer should immediately inform the Seller via the “Feedback” section in their Personal Account.

Seller Rights and Responsibilities:

  • The Seller commits to safeguarding Customer information provided during registration.

  • Customer registration details will not be shared with third parties unless required by UAE law or stated in these Terms.

  • The Seller is not responsible for any Customer actions leading to the disclosure of their own registration details.

  • In cases where the Customer violates these Terms or UAE regulations, the Seller reserves the right to share registration details, IP address, or relevant information with authorized entities.

  • Customer activity data may be utilized to improve the Online Store’s functionality.

  • The Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Online Store’s operations, in whole or in part, at its discretion. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.

  • All transactions between the Customer and the Seller are governed by UAE laws.

Pricing and Promotions:

  • Special offers and promotions are subject to availability and time constraints.

  • Stock levels and pricing details can be confirmed by contacting Customer Care.

  • Promotions may end earlier than advertised if the allocated stock is sold out.

  • Customers should verify promotion dates, as discounted prices may remain visible on the Website for a short period after an offer ends. The final price is displayed at checkout.

Ordering and Payment

1. Placing an Order
  • Select the desired Products and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".

  • Proceed to the “Cart” section.

  • If applicable, enter a promotional code and click “Checkout”.

  • Provide contact details, including the Receiver’s name, phone number, email, and delivery address.

  • Choose a preferred delivery date.

  • Confirm the delivery address and select a payment method.

  • Click “Checkout” to finalize the Order.

  • An email confirmation containing the Order details, including the Order number, items purchased, and total cost, will be sent.

  • Order history, including past and ongoing purchases, is accessible in the “My Orders” section of the Personal Account.

  • If an Order exceeds the maximum allowed quantity (50 SKU), Customers are advised to place multiple Orders. 

2. Modifying Order Details
  • Changing the delivery date – Contact Customer Care via phone at WhatsApp at +971 58 588 6923 with your Order number, full name, and request.

  • Changing the delivery address– Notify Customer Care with the Order number, full name, and updated address.

  • Updating the Receiver’s phone number – Contact Customer Care with your Order number, full name, and the new phone number. 

3. Payment Options

  3. Bank Card Payments

    • Orders paid via bank card require authorization by the issuing bank.

    • Online Store transactions are processed immediately upon Order confirmation. Any disputes arising from purchases will be governed by UAE law.

    • Customers must enter their card details, including card number, name, expiry date, and CVV/CVC code, at checkout.

    • Payments in AED (or other accepted currencies) are processed through authorized providers such as Visa and Mastercard. Debit and credit cards from any bank are accepted.

    • The Online Store does not store, share, rent, or sell Customer card details or personal information to third parties.

    • Customers should never share their bank card PIN codes with anyone. The Online Store will never request a PIN code.

    • For cashless transactions, an electronic receipt will be sent to the Customer’s email upon Order delivery, detailing the payment information.

  4. Refunds for Incorrect Orders 

    •  If an Order is mistakenly placed and subsequently canceled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. 

      • The actual time for funds to be credited may vary depending on the issuing bank, taking up to 30 calendar days.

4. Order Delivery
  1. Standard Delivery via Eco Express

    • Payment methods: Online payment

    • Delivery time: 3-4 business days

    • Coverage: Available across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Al Ain.

    • Cost: Free Shipping - from 150 AED.

  2. Communication with Delivery Service

    • The courier may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  3. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be canceled via Customer Care before they leave the warehouse.

    • If the order has already been marked as “Transferred to delivery”, cancellation is possible when the courier contacts you.

  4. Contact for Delivery Changes  

    • To change the delivery date, call Customer Care at- Customer Care by WhatsApp at +971 58 588 6923 is available from 9:00AM to 6 PM.

5. Receiving the Order

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the outer packaging for any damage. Important: do not open individual product packaging.

  1. Incorrect or Missing Products

    • If the delivered items do not match your order, contact Customer Care by WhatsApp  +971 58 588 6923 is available from 9:00AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. 

  2. Orders Paid Online

    • If your order was prepaid, it will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

    • For security, a PIN code will be sent to the phone number or email provided during the order. This *PIN code must be given to the courier* to receive the order.

  3. Wrong Order Delivered

    • If you receive an incorrect order, submit a refund request via Customer Care by WhatsApp  +971 58 588 6923 is available from 9:00AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. 

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled until they reach the status “Completed” in your Personal Account.

  1. How to Cancel an Order:

    • Cancel directly on the Website under your account.

    • Contact Customer Care by WhatsApp  +971 58 588 6923.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation that the returned products were received by the courier service.

    • The actual refund timeline depends on the issuing bank and may take up to 30 days.   

7. Exchange and Refund Policy
  • Exchanges or refunds apply only to products purchased from the Online Store in the same country of purchase.

  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.

  • Refunds and exchanges can only be processed after the product has been delivered and received. 

  1. Conditions for Exchange or Refund (Proper Quality)

    • Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days  of delivery, provided that.

    • If the purchase included a free gift, it must be returned as well.

    • Items purchased on sale or promotion will be refunded at the price indicated on the receipt.

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

  2. Conditions for Exchange or Refund (Defective Items)

    • Items found to be faulty or defective can be exchanged or refunded at any time before their expiration date.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Personal care items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  4. Exchange Process

    • Products can only be exchanged for items of equal value.

  5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

    1. Go to the “My Orders” section in your Personal Account.

    2. Select the order containing the product(s) to be returned.

    3. Click the “Submit for Refund” button.

    4. Choose the item(s) to be refunded or exchanged.

    5. Provide a reason for the return.

    6. Select whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

    7. Attach clear photos or videos of any defects by clicking “Attach Photo or Video”.

      • Upload an image of the product, a barcode photo, and a photo of the defect.  

    8. Enter the pickup address for the return.

    9. If requesting an exchange, provide the delivery address for the replacement product.  

  6. Refund Processing:

    • Refund requests can be tracked under the “My Refunds" section of your Personal Account.

    • The status will change from “Created” to either “Approved” or “Denied” after review.

    • Processing time: refund requests are reviewed within 3 to 10 days.

    • If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

    • Bank card refunds: credited back to the same account used for payment.

    • If denied, an official response will be sent via email.
